The Gardens

Set in one hectare of grounds the property boasts views across the valley of the Barguelonne towards the distant Pyrénées. The house is approached through a wood and is completely secluded, surrounded by its lawns and terraces planted with lavender, rosemary and flowering shrubs, extending south past fig trees and a meadow to vineyards and a small lake beyond. The terraces, one south facing and one under vines against the west wall of the house provide sun and dappled shade for pleasant outdoor dining.

The pool is heated to 28°C free of charge and is in the centre of one of the lawns. Shade by the pool is provided by a large Catalpa tree. There is a pool pavilion convenient for poolside pre-dinner drinks.
